Boil the rice with enough water, the salt and turmeric powder till slightly soft and strain.
In a pot add the oil, onions, peppers and dry herbs on med heat.Fry till onions are soft.Add the mixed veg, salt and pepper powder and let it cook for 5mins till water dries out.Place on low heat and add the butter, spice for rice and cooked rice.Mix through and leave on low for 5 mins. - 2
Serve with a choice of sides
