Wash and dry the lady's finger Cut them into 2 pieces add pinch of salt and turmeric powder and mix it.Heat oil in a pan and fry the lady's fingers.

Mean while chop the onion and tomato into small pieces. Take another pan and add 2 spoon oil heat it a.add the chopped onion and tomato and saute it untill the tomato gets soft.add all the masalas except garam masala and mix well. grind it. Heat a pan and add 2 tspn oil in it add the grinded mixer and stir well.add water if required.

Add salt as per taste, add garam masala and turn off the gas.garnish it with fresh cream and corriender leaves.serve hot with chapati or rice.
