Wash arbi properly

Boil it for 2 whistles

Peel it. Heat oil

Fry it on medium hot oil till little brown colour.

Take out. Let it cool for 5 mins.

Now press little and flatten it.

Again deep fry till golden brown and crispy.

Now sprinkle all dry spices and mix well.

Serve hot as starter or accompaniments.
