Ingredients

5 -6 servings
  1. 250 gmssoaked moong dal with it's skin
  2. 2medium onion chopped finely
  3. 2green chillies finely chopped
  4. as neededChopped coriander leaves
  5. 1 tbspwhole coriander seeds
  6. 1 tbsp fennel seeds slightly crushed
  7. 1 inchginger crushed
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the soaked dal very well and grind it in a mixer jar.

  2. 2

    Take it out in a bowl add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, ginger, salt, green chillies, coriander and onion mix well. Mix for mangodi is ready.

  3. 3

    Heat oil on high flame.

  4. 4

    Make small mangodi out of the and fry them on low medium flame till it's golden brown

  5. 5

    Take them out on a plate serve hot with green chutney or your choice of favourite dish.
