Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Basmati Rice
  2. as neededWater to boil the rice.
  3. 1Star Anise
  4. 2Green Cardamon
  5. 4 Cloves
  6. 1 Black Cardamom
  7. 1"stick Cinnamon
  8. 12 Fried cashews
  9. to tasteSalt and sugar
  10. 16Saffron strands
  11. Moti:
  12. 150 gmsPaneer grated
  13. 1 tbspCorn flour
  14. to tasteBlack pepper powder
  15. 1 tspRoasted cumin powder
  16. 1 tsp Chopped pudina leaves
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 1/2 tspAmchoor Powder/lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients well...Make little balls out of the mix...Fry till light golden brown in colour...Drain on a kitchen towel...
    Set aside...Gently mix the balls in the rice....

  2. 2

    Serve garnished with cherries and mint leaves and fried cashews
