Ingredients: 2 cups Basmati Rice; as needed Water to boil the rice.; 1 Star Anise; 2 Green Cardamon; 4 Cloves; 1 Black Cardamom; 1"stick Cinnamon; 12 Fried cashews; to taste Salt and sugar; 16 Saffron strands; Moti:; 150 gms Paneer grated; 1 tbsp Corn flour; to taste Black pepper powder; 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder; 1 tsp Chopped pudina leaves; to taste Salt; 1/2 tsp Amchoor Powder/lemon juice

2 cups Basmati Rice
as neededWater to boil the rice.
1Star Anise
2Green Cardamon

Moti:
150 gmsPaneer grated
1 tbspCorn flour
to tasteBlack pepper powder
1 tspRoasted cumin powder
1 tsp Chopped pudina leaves
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspAmchoor Powder/lemon juice

Steps

Mix all the ingredients well...Make little balls out of the mix...Fry till light golden brown in colour...Drain on a kitchen towel...
Set aside...Gently mix the balls in the rice....

Serve garnished with cherries and mint leaves and fried cashews
