Knead a soft dough using the above dough ingredients.

Roll a bit medium thick roti from the dough. Place it on a greased nonstick skillet.
When cooked from one side, flip it.
On cooked side, first spread mayonnaise, then schezwan chutney - 3
Arrange veggies, sprinkle cheese over it and let it cook till the cheese melts and the base turns crisp

Remove over a plate, sprinkle chilli flakes and mixed herbs. Cut and serve 🔥
