Soak rava in dahi and keep for 10 mins.

Then add salt and little water and mix well.

Keep a pan with water for boiling. By the time add eno to the batter and pour the mixture in a greased plate.

Steam for 10 mins. Check it after 10 mins by inserting a knife. Take a spoon oil oil in another pan and add chopped chilli and rai and pour it over the dhokla. Cut into pieces and serve.Sprinkle little red chilli powder.(optional)
