Ik pateelay me daal qeema aur tamam sabut maSalay dal kar 2-3 glass pani dal ke charha dein.

Jab dal gal jaye to sahi tarha tamam masaly bhoon lein.aur kisi bhari chamchay se zor zor se chala ke pees lein.is tarha apko chopper use nai karna parega.

Ik alag bowl me pyaz hari mirchen anda kutti laal mirch namak bhuna hoa beef daal mixture add kar ke achi tarha mix karen.

Phir is ke equally ball bana lein aur kabab ki shape dein

Halke oil me fry karen.

Halka fry karne se ap isay freeze and store kar sakte hain. jab dil chahe nikal ke golden fry karen aur parathon ke sath nosh farmayen. thanks
