Preheat oven at 180 degree

Sift/sieve the flour with the baking powder and half tsp of salt. Set aside.

Separate the yolks from the egg whites.

Beat the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add the egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition. Next add the orange juice, vanilla essence and orange zest and beat. Add the flour and beat it in. Set aside.

In another bowl beat egg whites until frothy or stiff peak

Fold egg whites with cake batter with spatula
- 7
Pour batter in pan, bake for 25-30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean
- 8
Cool on wire rack. Enjoy with Tea or coffee
