Super Easy Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 180°C/Gas 4 and line a cupcake tin with cupcake cases.

In a bowl beat together the butter and sugar until pale, then add the eggs and vanilla essence. Mix well.

Gently mix in the flour and divide the mixture between the cupcake cases. Bake for 20 minutes.

For the icing beat together the butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence until smooth and add food coloring of your choice. Decorate the cooled cupcakes using a piping bag and add sprinkles or sweets as you see fit.
