Take oil in a kadai add this and saute for a minute and transfer to a bowl to cool

Prepare a spread with equal quantity of sauce and mayonnaise

Now take egg add salt and fry it

Now take roti, apply mayonnaise spread on this

Sauted veggies spread evenly

Place egg on top

Fold it carefully, eat as it is or shallow fry it
