This is a traditional summer cooler drink of Odisha. We people generally prepared this on the occasion of 'Pana Shankranti' which is our new year also and offer it to the god also and drink it together with family and friends.This pana is so delicious in taste as it is a combination of grated coconut, cottage cheese, banana, some sweets in the Bel sarbat or wood apple sarbat.

Steps

Remove the seeds from the wood apple by adding the pulp with water and mash it properly with hand.

Make a powder of cardamom and black pepper.

Assemble all the ingredients.
- 4
Mix all the ingredients into the Bel sarbat or wood apple and water mixture and now your delicious panna is ready.
