Chicken Breast in BBQ Sauce over White Rice

Ingredients

  1. 2 poundschicken breast
  2. 1 tablespoonchicken seasoning
  3. 2 tablespoonsoil
  4. 2bell peppers
  5. 3carrots
  6. 1onion
  7. 1 bunchbroccoli
  8. 1zucchini
  9. for the sauce:
  10. 1 cupBBQ sauce
  11. 1 cuporange juice
  12. 1 tablespoonhot sauce (like Tapatío)
  13. 2 tablespoonshoney
  14. sesame seeds to taste for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the skin and fat from the chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

    Wash it well. Place it in a glass dish and add the seasoning. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the chicken. Stir occasionally until it starts to brown slightly.
