Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsprawns
  2. 1 tspKashmiri red chilli powder
  3. 2-3chopped green chillies
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1onion sliced finely
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. 2 tbspcurd
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  10. 1 tbsproasted curry leaves
  11. 1 tspchopped coriander
  12. 1 tsptandoori masala
  13. 1 tspchaat masala
  14. 1 tbsprefined oil
  15. 1 tbspcornflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate prawns with little salt,turmeric and lemon juice for 30 minutes.Heat oil in a nonstick pan.Fry the onion.Then add ginger garlic paste,kashmiri red chilli powder,black pepper,tandoori masala,salt to taste and add prawns one by one alongwith marinade.Add curd and roasted curry leaves,few chopped green chillies and toss.

    Make a paste of cornflour and add it to the prawns and toss till dry and masala is well roasted and coats the prawns.Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon juice.Serve hot.
