  • 100 gmcurd
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4malai
  • 2 Tspsugar
  • 4ice cubes
  • 1 Tsprose syrup
  • 1peda

Steps

    In a mixture grinder add curd,sugar,whisk it 1 miniute.

    Add milk,Add rose syrup,mix it.

  3. 3

    Add crushed peda, mix it.

  4. 4

    Add ice cubs whisk it.

  5. 5

    Add malai whisk it 5 second.

  6. 6

    Now pour it in a glass.

  7. 7

    A creamy lassi is ready to drink.
