Ingredients

  1. Omena
  2. 2medium size tomatoes
  3. Coriander
  4. 1 small onion
  5. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a sufuria boil some water then take a little and wash with omena after which boil omena for around 15minutes

  2. 2

    Prepare your ingredients

  3. 3

    To the sufuria add omena draining the excess water then add diced onions and cooking oil,allow then to cook for some time then add diced tomatoes followed by a pinch of salt

  4. 4

    Cut coriander and add to the mixture and serve with ugali
