Wash and clean the chicken thoroughly.

Take it in a mixing bowl and add salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and oil to it.

Mix well and marinate chicken for 3_4 hours or over night in a refrigerator.

Now add egg, corn flour, rice flour and some salt to it and mix well.

Now take a wok and heat oil for deep frying in it. Dip the marinated chicken pieces in oil. Add in a batch wise don’t stuff it all together.

First fry it for 5 mins and remove from oil, reduce the flame to low. Now again put half fried chicken pieces into oil and fry for another few minutes.
Stir the pieces up and down while frying it. Sauté it until it turns golden brown. - 7
Drain the chicken pieces from oil and transfer into paper towel to remove the excess oil.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
