2 cuppotatos, cooked and diced (I've used yellow flesh)
2 cupgreen beans, cooked and cut in 1" pieces
2 cupham, cooked and diced (I've used old fashionned smoked ham)
1 cupcelery, diced
1 cupred radish, sliced
1 tablespoonold fashionned mustard
1 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoonfresh basil, coarsly chopped (I've used purple basil)
to tastefresh ground black pepper
