10Medium size green chillies
1 cupChicken shredded
5 tbspMayonnaise
2 tbspperi peri sauce extra hot
to tasteSalt
to tasteBlack Pepper
1 tbspchat masala
For coating:
1 cupbread crumbs
1 cuprice flour
1beaten egg

Steps

Slit chillies and deseed them.

Add salt paper and chat masala in chicken. mix well.

Mix peri peri sauce in mayonnaise and set aside.

Now in a chilli first pour mixture of mayonise then put chicken.

First coat chilli in Rice flour then in egg then in bread crumbs.

Now deep fry on medium flame.
7

Serve with Peri peri sauce.
