Method:
In a pot heat oil and fry thinly sliced onions. Put them aside crush with hands when crisp.
Soak in hot water; cashews and almonds.
Make a paste of all cashews and 10-12 almonds.
In quarter cup oil, add whole garam Masala, whole almonds, dry fruit paste, yogurt and all Masalas. Sauté them add chicken pieces and fry for a while, add hot water if need be. Add crushed onions and sprinkle quarter tsp of garam Masala powder, then put on sum for 20 mins.
