Discard the seeds & peel the skin of muskmelon. Cut them in small pieces.

Put them in mixie & grind till it becomes smooth pulp.No need to add water.

Take a big bowl,pour the pulp in it.Add milk powder to boiled & cooled milk.Mix bhi well.

Add this milk to the pulp & beat continuously.

Now add Condensed milk & beat till it becomes frothy.

Add cream & beat a little.We can also combine all & blend in the mixie only twice.

Grease the ice cream tray & pour the batter in it.Refrigerate for atleast 7-8 hours

Serve chilled
