Chicken pepper and salt

Add green chillies to 1 tsp vinegar and keep aside. Marinate chicken in 2 that vinegar for 1/2 an hour. Then squeeze. Add ginger garlic paste,salt,2/2 tsp black salt,2 tsp black pepper powder, cornflour,plain flour,eggs to chicken and marinate for 1 hour. Then deep fry chicken pieces.

Add 3 tbsp oil to a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic.

Add little bit of salt. Saute for 2 minutes. Add chopped chillies along with vinegar. Add fried chicken. Add soya sauce,black salt, black pepper powder to the chicken.

Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot as starter.
