200 gmsall purpose wheat flour
100 gmsmargarine or butter
100 gmssugar
1 tspbaking powder
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 cupmilk
1 tspvanilla essence and strawberry essence

Grease your baking tin with oil and apply some flour.

Preheat your pot on medium flame on your gas cooker or stove. Place three stones on the pot and cover.

Sieve flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda and salt.

Whisk margarine and sugar till fluffy and light, beat in eggs one at a time.

Add milk and your vanilla essence, beat a little bit then add dry ingredients.

Pour half of your batter on the greased baking tin and add strawberry essence on the other half of batter and stir. Pour the rest of the batter to other batter on the baking tin and place in your pot. Bake for 40 mins.
