Ingredients

8 servings
  • 350 gsugar
  • 350 gmargarine
  • 500 gflour
  • 100 gdessicated coconut
  • 7eggs
  • 5 gbaking powder
  • 1 dropcoconut essence
  • 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream sugar n margarine until fluffy

  2. 2

    Add egg one at a time

  3. 3

    Add the essence

  4. 4

    Sieve flour alternating with coconut

  5. 5

    Add a 1/4, cup of milk

  6. 6

    Put in your greased pan n bake at 160 for 45 mins

  7. 7

    Serve warm with milk or coffee

  8. 8

    Enjoy
