Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 6-7Green chillies
  3. 1 cuponion
  4. 1 cupcapsicum
  5. 1/2 Cup Tomato
  6. 1 tbsp Oil
  7. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 tspGaram masala
  9. 1 tspCumin seeds
  10. 1 tspSugar
  11. 1 tspcumin ,Coriander powder
  12. as per saltSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all veggies & make a paneer scramble. Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seed, ginger,onion, tomato, capsicums fry it nicely up to raw smell should go after that add turmeric powder,salt,sugar,garam Masala,cumin Corinder powder fry nicely and lastly add gratated planner fry & mix it nicely.
