Marinate the whole chicken overnight with ginger and garlic paste, chicken spice, seasoning,oregano,soy sauce, salt

Mix chicken cubes with oil, garam masala, scotch bonnet
3

Rub the whole chicken with the mix
4

Slice onions and put on the baking tray, drizzle oil
5

Place the chicken on top and bake for 50 minutes
