Ingredients

  1. for corn mixture:
  2. 2corn cobs
  3. 1/2 tbspchat masala
  4. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1 tbsplime juice
  7. 1 tbspchopped ginger
  8. 1/2 chopped onion
  9. 2green chillies
  10. for potato masala:
  11. 3boiled potatoes
  12. 4 tbsprice flour
  13. 1/2 tbsp eachred chilli powder,salt, jeera powder,dhaniya powder
  14. 3 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    For corn mixture:Take 2 corn cobs and steam it on gas for 4-5 mins after that remove corn from cob and put them into a bowl

    In that bowl now mix chaat masala, red chilli, salt, green chilli, chopped onion and ginger, lime juice, dhania and mix them all.

    For potato masala➡️Eemove the peel of potato and mash it by adding salt, green chilli, red chilli powder, jeera powder, rice flour, dhaniya, we can also add anar dana if we have.

    Now apply little oil on your palm and take round ball of potato mixture and flatten it, Now fill it with corn mixture and flattened it again carefully.Make 4-5 tikkis following the same process.

    Now heat oil in kadai for 7 mins and fry the tikki and carefully turn it with spatulla so that it cannot break into pieces.GARNISH WITH CHAAT MASALA AND SERVE WITH SAUCE.
