Ingredients

  • aaloo half kg boiled
  • 2tomatoes peel n cut in small pieces
  • 1 teaspoonzeera
  • 1 teaspoonhaldi
  • 1 teaspoonlal mirch
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • corriander n green chilli for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add zeera fry for 30 sec.add tomatoes cook until tender. add spices salt red chilli powder and haldi fry for 20 sec add aaloo fry for 1 min medium heat when spices mixed.then garnish with corriander and green chillis.
