  • Grated Scotch bonnet
  • Grated onions

Steps

    Wash your meat and put in a pot

  2. 2

    Put to heat and season with spices seasonings and oil

  3. 3

    Leave to cook for at least 10-15minutes

  4. 4

    Then add the grated scotch bonnet and onions

  5. 5

    Cook for another 15minutes till meat is soft and tender.serve hot in a lot of soup

  6. 6
