Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsoya chunks
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. as requiredfew green coriander
  5. 2 tbspred tomato sauces
  6. 1 tspchilli sauce
  7. 1 tspvinegar
  8. as per needsalt and pepper
  9. as neededoil
  10. a dashred food colour

Cooking Instructions

    Chop onion,tomato and keep aside

  2. 2

    Soak soya for 10 minutes in lukewarm water,squeez and keep aside

  3. 3

    In a pan heat oil saute onion, tomato and cook on high flame

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper,sauces,food colour and mix well

  5. 5

    Add soya chunks and cook by stirring and serve hot.
