Initially takeout the flowers pods from the flower and wash it.

After cleaning,put all those flower pods to the pressure cooker,add required amount of salt and 1 tbsp of turmeric and water.After 2 whistle remove it.

Once the boiled flower pods are cooled down.Add all those above mentioned ingredients in big bowl.

After adding everything.Make the vada ready as per as your shape like i did it,see in the below picture.

Let it cook in both sides in medium flame.And serve them hot with rice as a side dish or as a snack to your tea.You can garnish them with Coriander leaves.
