Ingredients

1Mutton leg
250 gmYogurt
Ginger garlic paste 3 Tb sp
Crushed red chilli 2 Tb sp
Red chilli powder 1 Tb sp
Salt 1 1/2 Tb sp
Gaen masala powder 1 t sp
Lemon juice 3-4 Tb sp
Haldi 1 t sp
Roasted zeera powder

Steps

1

Wash muttered leg and do some deep cut on it.

Take yogurt and mix all spices in it. And apply all the mixture over mutton leg and leave it for whole night
3

If you have oven then you could bake it otherwise you can steam it as well.
