Prepare the chicken in a bowl. Add salt, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well. Let it sit for a few minutes, fry, and set aside. Some people like to marinate overnight for better flavor, but I don't think it makes much difference, and waiting is not fun!

For the sauce, combine ketchup, margarine, 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and sugar. Stir over medium heat to prevent burning.

Mix the fried chicken with the sauce. And ta-da... ready to serve. My suggestion is to eat these messy chicken wings with someone special, so if the sauce gets everywhere, there's someone to help clean up, just like in Korean dramas!
