Wash and cut lettuce,cabbage,carrots.

Boil rice for 15minutes and wash.bleach the palmoil cut onions in rings and fry with pepper,crayfish add water and stir to boil.

Add salt,curry and maggi and the rice boil untill the rice is soft.serve with the coleslaw
