Steps

Prepare the filling (ground beef, onion, parsley) as described in my multi-use filling recipe.

Combine the rice and lentils, rinse with water, and soak for 30 minutes.

Cook the rice and lentils with salt and turmeric, without any oil, adding enough water to cover the rice.
- 4
When the water is absorbed, reduce the heat and cook until fully done.
- 5
Mash the cooked rice and lentils well.
- 6
Stuff the kibbeh with the filling and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- 7
Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown.

Serve hot and enjoy!
