2eggs
1/4chill pepper
Pick of salt
1 tsp cooking oil
1/4green pepper
1/4 onion from a medium size egg

Break the eggs in a bowl, add in the chopped ingredients and salt and mix. In a pan heat the oil and put the mix in it cooking a low heat til it sets flip the other side and heat till well cooked and enjoyed it with my left over dumas
