Steps

Cut and wash the beef

Season with maggi,salt,ginger,garlic,curry,and thyme

Add in chopped onions and place on fire,allow to boil without adding water(to allow all d seasoning to go into d beef)

Now add little water and allow to cook,until beef is tender,drain from stock and allow to fry in hot oil

Place a sauce pan on fire, add little oil,garlic,ginger and chopped onion

Add in d blended pepper and allow to fry,add tomato pury to reduce d pepper

Add in seasoning and stock if too thick,pour in d fry beef and sliced onion(ring shape)and allow to sema for 3min

Serve with fried rice and any other of your favourite rice or pasta
