Take minced mutton and add all ground spices and add cream qnd and chickpea floor and then add mint and coriander and green cillie paste and leave it for half an hour.

Take a seekh and make kebabs one by one. Take chopped onions+black cardamom and Cinnamon sticks in a pan and add oil and saute well and when it turns brown add garlic paste and cook it well. After that add tomato ginger and chilli paste. Cook for five minutes and then add yogurt. And add Red chilli, Crushed chilli, Turmeric powder and Salt and cook for 4-5 mins.

Fry the kebabs

And add the kebabs to the masala

Cover and cook for 5 minutes and add green coriander and kasoori methi and turn of the flame. Garnish and serve.
