Ingredients

  1. 500 gmokra / bhindi
  2. As per taste salt and red chilli
  3. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  4. 1 tbspturmeric
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1 tbspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take bhindi,wash and cut it's tips,now cut in rounds

  2. 2

    Heat oil add cumin

  3. 3

    Saute bhindi along with spices,keep cover it

  4. 4

    Cook for 5 to 10 minutes and serve
