1 cupcoconut milk
1 cuppineapple juice
1 tsppineapple essence (optional)
2 tspgranulated sugar
1 cupice cubes

Pour coconut milk, pineapple juice, pineapple essence and sugar in a blender and blend until the sugar has dissolved.
