  • 1med Onions(grated)
  • 1big Cucumber(sliced)
  • 3boiled eggs (diced)

    Wash vegetable with salt and vinegar

    Allow to drain

    Scrape,dice and grate

    Mix in a large bowl

    Add already boiled egg

    Mix

    Add mayonnaise,salad cream and serve with rice or eaten like dat
