In a clean bowl add all the dry ingredient together, mix the wet ingredient and transfer into the dry ingredient and whisk until well combine then allow the mixture to rest for 10mins,in a nonstick pan melt little butter,add one ladle of the pancake mixture on low heat, when bubble, turn to the other side until done
