Ingredients

30 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 4-5apricots (preferably organic)
  2. 1/3 cupcane sugar (about 60 grams)
  3. 1 packetvanilla sugar
  4. 1large egg
  5. 1/3 cupplain yogurt or fromage blanc (about 100 grams)
  6. 2/3 cupalmond flour (about 60 grams)

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. 2

    Wash and dry the apricots. Cut them into quarters and place the pieces in a baking dish or individual ramekins.

  3. 3

    In a mixing bowl, combine the cane sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg.

  4. 4

    Add the yogurt or fromage blanc and mix. Then add the almond flour and mix again. Pour the batter over the apricots.

  5. 5

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Enjoy warm—it's even better!
