Fill your yam, wash it and then put it inside pot nd cook it for some minute...

When it done then cut it into pieces..

Put a little onion inside your hot oil Then fry it till it done... Then mixed your egg with red pepper, onion, seasoning and then fry it. when it done decorate it to your own choice...hmmm yummy... simple and easy for breakfast.
