  • 1n 3/4 cups milk

Steps

    Soak your dates in two cups hot water for 2hours.

    Using your hands remove the seeds.

    Add the seed free dates in a blender and blend for half a minute.

    Add the 1 and 3/4 cup milk and blend for another half a minute.below is the "cup" I keep mentioning.
