Cooking Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add Bhindi and fry it and keep it aside.

Add remaining oil and add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and saute then add onion and satue.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder and mix.

Then add tomato puree and mix and add cashew nuts paste and mix.

Then add fried bhindi and mix it well. Add tillte bit of water and stir.

Add some coriander leaves and serve hot.
