Cut lady's fingers medium sized, grate tomatoes and onions

Take pan add 1tbspoon oil and fry lady's fingers till remove stickiness.

In another pan add two tbspoons oil and once it is hot add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, garlic chopped, ginger chopped.saute till aroma comes out.

Now add grated onion saute till light brown,add grated tomatoes.mix well allow it to cook till it leaves oil.add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala,dry mango powder (if tomatoes are sour then don't add) salt mix well.

Add lady's fingers, mix well and further cook for more five minutes.serve hot with phulkas, chapati.anything tastes yum.absolutely non sticky.
