Ingredients

  • 1/2Cabbage chopped
  • 2large tomatoes chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2 kgmutton
  • 1bulb of crushed garlic and ginger

Steps

  1. 1

    In a hot sufuria place the mutton and let it dry. As it softens, then after that add oil and onions

  2. 2

    When the onions are ready add tomatoes and let them cook, then add the ginger and garlic and let them cook for like 5 minutes

  3. 3

    After the ingredients have mixed well add salt to taste and little water and spice(if need). Then finally add the cabbage and let it steam for about 5-10 minutes and keep stiring. Then your cabbage mutton will be ready
