Steps

Take gram flour in bowl and cut all vegetables and add all masala.

Add grated garlic, mix it properly. Adjust consistency by adding water. Add sooji.

Rest for 5_10 minutes. Mix again.

Take roti and apply mixture on one side and put on greeced hot tawa and apply mixture on other side and roast both side by Appling oil.

After roasting both side cut in pieces and serve with tea, cofee or any chutney.
