Ingredients

  • 4 sheetseomuk- fish cakes
  • 1small onion, sliced
  • For the sauce
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 2 tspcorn syrup
  • 1 tbsprice wine vinegar
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • 3 tspgochugaru, korean chilli flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring water to a boil in a pot and blanch the fish cake sheets for 30
    second.
    Drain and cool
    Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and add the onions. Fry for one minute.
    Add the fish cakes. Stir well and cook till sauce is dry and thick.
    Enjoy
